Mars Landscape

I volunteered at the UBC physics department to assist in creating a space for a children’s camp to create a non-earth human settlement. Together I and a few volunteers created a a chicken wire base and a papier-mâché landscape with mountains using poster board and a layer of papier-mâché. We next painted and finally we glued down some sand and added some props like satellites, a telescope, an astronaut and a mars rover. the project took two full work days
