My name is Rowyn Dickson, I am an artist currently expanding my skills. I have a Certificate in the Fine Arts from Langara College and am getting my BFA from Emily Carr University.
I enjoy exploring narrative and nature and how the two can interact. I hope to never stop learning and if you want a random fact or want to share one come to me cause I’m in the habit of keeping an eye out for interesting ones.
My kind of art is anything one can take scissors to, I love to make things that can move and imitate those mechanisms existing in nature. Paper puppets are my current interest and I’ve been exploring the many mediums one can use to make them.
